How Three Partners Revamped their Jira Service Desk with Refined

We have highly skilled partners worldwide who implement our apps for customers and provide advanced customizations and technical solutions. Quite a few of these Partners have rolled out our app Refined for Jira Service Desk on their own support service. We share three examples of great finished support sites we’ve seen and hopefully give you some ideas on how you can work with the app yourselves.

The first example is from one of our Partners based in the Netherlands, Avisi. They are highly skilled in implementing Refined for Confluence and transforming Confluence into a social intranet, project collaboration and/or documentation site. As you can see from the great example below, their expertise extends to Jira Service Desk where they also implement branded, easy to navigate support sites using Refined for Jira Service Desk. The second example is our Partner Valiantys who have headquarters in France but extend their expertise to Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK, Canada, the US and China. They also create sound solutions with Refined built on Confluence and Jira Service Desk that focus on navigation and improved UI. Our third example comes out of Germany and is from our Partner Decadis AG. They have been using and recommending our app Refined for Confluence for quite some time so for them it was a natural step to implement Refined for Jira Service Desk to improve the look and feel of their Xapps support site. With a growing number of apps there was a special need to find a way of navigating to the relevant customer portal efficiently. Decadis took special care to apply their corporate identity and create a welcoming experience for customers to their support site.
